Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate loan applications, assess borrower eligibility, and ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies. Lead key initiatives and drive strategic projects from conception through execution and post-implementation review. Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that inform business strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners. Requirements:
Experience with loan origination systems, credit scoring models, and mortgage lending regulations. 3+ years of progressive experience in Loans & Mortgages. Expert-level proficiency with industry tools and demonstrated ability to deliver results at scale. Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting or exceeding performance targets. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Experience working in distributed, multicultural teams across African markets.
