Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Understanding of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT), HIPAA regulations, or equivalent health data standards. 3+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare. Expert-level proficiency with industry tools and demonstrated ability to deliver results at scale. Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting or exceeding performance targets. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Experience working in distributed, multicultural teams across African markets.
