Embu County Profile Embu County Government headed by H.E Governor Martin Wambora is one of the 47 counties in Kenya which came into operation after the March 4 2013 General Election. As an entity exercising constitutional authority, it is responsible for county legislation (outlined in article 185 of the Constitution of Kenya.
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Valid Practicing License
- Five (5) years’ post-admission experience as an Advocate of the High Court.
- Member of the Law Society of Kenya and in good standing.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the County objectives;
- Have good communication organizational and inter-personal skills;
- Demonstrate understanding and commitment to the values and principles espoused in Article 10 and232 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
- Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010
