- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Store supplies using FEFO and proper storage standards. Issue items to departments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
- Manage near-expiry and expired stock according to policy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
- ·Support inventory audits and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diploma/Certificate in Store Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' hospital storekeeping experience (mandatory).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
