Key Responsibilities:

Lead key initiatives and drive strategic projects from conception through execution and post-implementation review. Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that inform business strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners. Requirements:
Knowledge of insurance products, claims processing, and regulatory frameworks in African markets. 3+ years of progressive experience in Insurance. Expert-level proficiency with industry tools and demonstrated ability to deliver results at scale. Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting or exceeding performance targets. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Experience working in distributed, multicultural teams across African markets.
