Key Responsibilities:
Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with audit preparation activities. Conduct thorough legal research using databases and precedents to support case preparation and strategy development. Participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen team capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
Requirements:
Understanding of legal principles, terminology, and research methodologies. Paralegal certification is a plus. Proficiency with legal research databases and document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team and client-facing interactions. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.
