Zenith Associates is a management consulting and human capital advisory firm that works with businesses on organisational restructuring, executive recruitment, performance management, and training. Founded in 2013, Zenith has consulted for over 120 organisations including parastatals, county governments, banks, and manufacturing firms. The firm runs a assessment centre for senior-level hiring and has placed over 400 executives in C-suite and director-level positions. What you will do:

You will develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, manage the marketing budget, and oversee all marketing activities including advertising, events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. The role involves conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, developing positioning and messaging for target customer segments, and measuring the return on investment of marketing activities. You will manage relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and event organisers, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts align with revenue targets. The position requires strong project management skills, the ability to lead a team, and experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 21 years or above
