Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Familiarity with HRIS systems and employment legislation in African markets. 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams across Africa. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
