Key Responsibilities:
Support agricultural technology initiatives including precision farming tools and data collection systems. Analyze crop data and provide recommendations for improved yields. Lead and coordinate projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones. Develop strategies and frameworks to improve team productivity and operational efficiency. Analyze data and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making at all levels. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
Background in agriculture or agri-tech with understanding of farming practices and technology. 2-4 years of progressive experience in Agriculture & AgriTech. Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams across Africa. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
