Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap. Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for SaaS products through proactive engagement and technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and decision-making. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Requirements:
Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, API integrations, and customer lifecycle management. Understanding of cloud architecture, subscription business models, and product-led growth strategies. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables. Proficiency with industry-standard tools, software platforms, and reporting systems. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team and client-facing interactions.
