An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Kakamega. This is a Contract position offering a competitive salary of KES 100,000 - KES 180,000 per month.
- Provide excellent service and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Contribute to team meetings and share innovative ideas
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in a related discipline
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
