What you will do:

In this role you will be responsible for measuring and valuing construction work, preparing bills of quantities, and certifying payments to contractors. You will work closely with the project manager, engineers, and architects to resolve any discrepancies between the design intent and actual construction. Knowledge of local construction standards, the Joint Building Council conditions of contract, and current market rates for construction materials and labour is essential.
