Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making. Manage patient data, coordinate care activities, and ensure timely processing of health information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen team capabilities.
Requirements:
Understanding of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT), health data standards, and privacy regulations. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare information technology. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Proficiency with industry-standard tools, software platforms, and reporting systems.
