Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels across distribution channels. Liaise with suppliers and carriers to resolve logistics issues promptly. Analyze data and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making at all levels. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements:
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics software. 2-4 years of progressive experience in Logistics & Supply Chain. Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams across Africa. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
