Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain online learning content and course materials. Support students and educators through technical assistance and content updates. Lead and coordinate projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones. Develop strategies and frameworks to improve team productivity and operational efficiency. Analyze data and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making at all levels. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools. 2-4 years of progressive experience in Education & E-Learning. Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams across Africa. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
