Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient data, coordinate care activities, and ensure timely processing of health information. Support healthcare operations through accurate medical coding, billing, and compliance with medical regulations. Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and decision-making. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to keep strategies current and effective.
Requirements:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare information technology. Understanding of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT), health data standards, and privacy regulations. Proficiency with industry-standard tools, software platforms, and reporting systems. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline.
