Our organisation is recruiting a dynamic Programme Manager to join our team in Kiambu. This is a Internship position offering a competitive salary of KES 30,000 - KES 50,000 per month.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from start to finish
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed analytical reports
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
