Atlas Capital is a licensed investment bank and securities dealer that provides wealth management, corporate finance advisory, and asset management services. Based in Nairobi and regulated by the Capital Markets Authority, Atlas Capital was established in 2014 and manages assets in excess of KES 18 billion on behalf of institutional and individual investors. The firm offers treasury bond trading, equity brokerage, unit trusts, and private equity fund administration. What you will do:
You will support the project manager in coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, and communicating with team members and stakeholders. Daily tasks include updating the project schedule, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, following up on action items, and maintaining the project risk register. The role involves preparing project status reports, managing project-related correspondence, and organising project events such as workshops and training sessions. You will also assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting for the project. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Jira, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 21 years or above
