Property Management Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a dedicated Property Management Assistant to join our expanding team. You will work remotely with full flexibility while delivering impactful results that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze property values, research market conditions, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports for stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to clients. Participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen team capabilities. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to keep strategies current and effective.

Requirements:

Experience with property management software and understanding of local and regional property markets. Knowledge of property valuation methods, real estate regulations, and market analysis tools. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team and client-facing interactions. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
