This a grant funded contractual position.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible to supervise project activities related to field and data management to ensure quality control, while maintaining good working relationship with staff, community and various stakeholders involved. Specific responsibilities include to:

  • Supervision and monitoring of all project related field activities;
  • provide training to the study staff as per the protocols and guidelines of study;
  • ensure the completeness, proper filings, and archiving of the CRFs;
  • ensure the quality control of data collected from different field sites;
  • preparation and compilation of study progress report in collaboration with the Data management team;
  • produce monthly project reports;
  • present the study results as per the requirement;
  • develop high quality research proposals for funding agency;
  • conduct research and contribute in publications.

Requirements

You should have:

  • MSc. In Epidemiology and Statistics / MPH / Master’s in HPM/M.Sc. in Anthropology/Statistics, M.A. Sociology or equivalent;
  • interest in Statistics will be preferred;
  • two to Three years of experience in relevant field;
  • willingness for frequent travel to other locations for overseeing quality assurance of research projects and training of local staff;
  • knowledge of survey and other research designs;
  • excellent Team Player;
  • knowledge of Data collection, analysis and interpretation in terms of report writing and biostatics;
  • knowledge of Statistical programs;
  • integrity and strong research ethics;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • strong computer skills.
