Key Responsibilities:
Lead software implementations, configure solutions to meet client needs, and ensure successful product onboarding. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and decision-making. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. Participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen team capabilities.
Requirements:
Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, API integrations, and customer lifecycle management. Understanding of cloud architecture, subscription business models, and product-led growth strategies.
