Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate staff on threats and best practices. Monitor security systems, investigate alerts, and respond to potential security incidents following established protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and decision-making. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to keep strategies current and effective.
Requirements:
Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and incident response frameworks. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP) and hands-on experience with security tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision and strong self-discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team and client-facing interactions. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
