Key Responsibilities:
Monitor security systems, investigate alerts, and respond to potential security incidents following established protocols. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate staff on threats and best practices. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to keep strategies current and effective. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are exceeded. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Prepare detailed reports, analyses, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
Requirements:
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP) and hands-on experience with security tools. Experience with SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, and incident response frameworks. Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team and client-facing interactions. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables. Proficiency with industry-standard tools, software platforms, and reporting systems.
