Maintains collaborative relationships across multiple business units including the USFTGP supported department and ASC%27s, Hospitals or both depending on the surgical staff being supported. Beyond technical expertise, provides guidance and mentorship to other coordinators, setting standards for best practices and compliance with institutional protocols. By influencing cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence, this role plays a pivotal part in advancing surgical services efficiency and supporting the success of the entire care delivery system.
