About the Role

- Promote and sell the company's POS and PMS software solutions and related hardware products.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, particularly restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Onboard new restaurants and hospitality establishments onto our POS and PMS platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales, IT sales, POS systems, or hospitality technology solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
