About the Role

    t

  • Promote and sell the company's POS and PMS software solutions and related hardware products.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, particularly restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Onboard new restaurants and hospitality establishments onto our POS and PMS platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software sales, IT sales, POS systems, or hospitality technology solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry will be an added advantage.
