We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Substance Abuse Counsellor to join our team in Malindi. This is a Temporary position offering a competitive salary of KES 60,000 - KES 100,000 per month.
- Provide excellent service and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Contribute to team meetings and share innovative ideas
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
