Founded in 1927, KMTC is entrusted with training various disciplines in the health sector, conducting research, and providing consultancy services.
About KMTC
The Kenya Medical Training College is a State Corporation established by an Act of Parliament. The college falls under the Ministry of Health and has been operational for nearly a century. KMTC is responsible for producing the majority of Kenya’s mid-level healthcare workers, including clinical officers, nurses, and laboratory technicians.
The college has campuses across the country and is seeking competent, result-oriented, knowledgeable, dynamic, visionary, and experienced persons to fill the vacant positions.
Available Positions
Lecturer II, Nursing – 30 Positions
The college is recruiting 30 nursing lecturers. Candidates will be responsible for teaching nursing students, developing course materials, conducting assessments, and supervising clinical practice.

Lecturer II, Emergency Medical Technician – 5 Positions
Five lecturers are needed for the Emergency Medical Technician programme. Successful candidates will train students in pre-hospital emergency care, ambulance operations, and trauma response.
