Available Positions
The following vacancies are available at Freds Ranch and Resort. Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, Barista, Waiters, Receptionist, Room Steward, Head Gardener, Marketing Intern, Finance Intern, Chief Accountant, HR Administrator, Accountant, and Storekeeper.
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of restaurants and bars, managing staff schedules, ensuring quality service standards, and handling inventory and supplier relationships. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant including customer service, staff supervision, budget control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Baristas will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment, and provide friendly customer service in the resort coffee shop. Waiters will take customer orders, serve food and beverages, ensure tables are clean and properly set, and handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
Receptionists will greet and check in guests, manage reservations, answer phone calls, and provide information about resort facilities and local attractions. Room Stewards will clean and prepare guest rooms, change linens and towels, restroom amenities, and ensure rooms meet the resort cleanliness standards.
The Head Gardener will oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance, plan and implement garden designs, supervise gardening staff, and ensure the resort outdoor spaces are attractive and well maintained. Marketing Interns will assist with social media management, content creation, market research, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and guest engagement.
Finance Interns will support the finance department with data entry, invoice processing, budget tracking, and preparation of financial reports. The Chief Accountant will oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budget preparation, tax compliance, audit coordination, and cash flow management. The HR Administrator will manage employee records, recruitment processes, payroll administration, leave management, and compliance with labour laws.
The Accountant will handle day to day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The Storekeeper will manage inventory of supplies and equipment, receive and dispatch goods, maintain stock records, and coordinate with other departments for supply needs.
