Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Track project budgets, resources, and risks while reporting progress to stakeholders. Lead and coordinate projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones. Develop strategies and frameworks to improve team productivity and operational efficiency. Analyze data and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making at all levels. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com. 2-4 years of progressive experience in Project Management. Demonstrated expertise with industry-standard tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams across Africa. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
