Human Resource Officer

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management and employee development.
  • Facilitate disciplinary, grievance and employee relations processes
  • Support payroll and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Administration of staff leave entitlement and balances in liaison with team leaders.
  • Attendance monitoring, records keeping and reporting.
  • Participate in formulation, implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct staff exit interviews and facilitate the exiting staff handover and clearance process.
  • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • 3 years experience in HR function (financial services or service based sector)
  • Knowledge of Kenya labour laws and HR Policies
  • Strong HR administration, recruitment & employee relations skills
  • IHRM membership is an added advantage
