Goldcrest Capital is a stockbroking and investment advisory firm that trades on the Nairobi Securities Exchange and provides wealth management services to individual and institutional investors. Founded in 2006, Goldcrest is a member of the Nairobi Securities Exchange and the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation. The firm handles equity trading, bond trading, IPO subscriptions, and portfolio advisory for clients. Goldcrest Capital manages client portfolios valued at over KES 8 billion and employs thirty-five investment advisors and trading staff. The company is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority.

What you will do:

You will design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the organisation's programmes, collect and analyse data, and prepare reports that demonstrate programme impact and inform decision-making. Daily tasks include developing data collection tools, training field staff on data collection methods, managing databases, and conducting data quality assessments. The role involves preparing quarterly and annual reports for donors, conducting baseline and endline evaluations, and supporting programme teams in using data for adaptive management. Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, proficiency in data analysis software, and experience with theory of change and results-based management approaches are essential.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 21 years or above
