Key Responsibilities:
Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with policy development. Deliver outstanding results in your area of expertise while meeting project deadlines and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement effective solutions. Communicate progress regularly and provide updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to the team. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements:
Familiarity with HRIS systems and employment legislation in African markets. 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with relevant tools and software in your field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
