We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our team in Kericho. This is a Temporary position offering a competitive salary of KES 60,000 - KES 100,000 per month.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation at all times
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
