POS & ERP Implementation & Sales Executive
- Riset Software & Systems LTD is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and technology-oriented POS & ERP Software Training & Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- This position is ideal for candidates with a business-related academic background who are passionate about customer engagement, software training, sales, and helping businesses improve their operations through technology.
Please Note: This is not a software development or programming position. Candidates with qualifications in software development, computer programming, coding, or related technical development fields will not be considered. Preference will be given to applicants from business-related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on the use of POS and ERP software systems.
- Conduct software demonstrations, presentations, and product walkthroughs.
- Support software implementation, onboarding, and user adoption.
- Assist clients with system setup, user guidance, and first-level support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Visit client premises for software training and support when required.
- Identify sales opportunities and assist in converting prospects into customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Promote company products and services to potential clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Diploma or Degree in any of the following fields:
