Our company is expanding and needs a committed Drilling Technician to join our team in Isiolo. This is a Temporary position offering a competitive salary of KES 20,000 - KES 35,000 per month.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain systems, tools, and workflows as needed
- Lead initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the department
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and documentation for review
- Represent the organisation in meetings, events, and external engagements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
