Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams on integrated campaigns. Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for leadership. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Beauty & Fashion with a proven track record. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions. Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization. Self-motivated with ability to manage projects independently remotely.
