Head Chef
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts or a related. field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or in a similar position.
- Proven skills in menu planning. food preparation and kitchen management.
- Proven ability in budgeting and stock management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- CPR and First Aid certification will be an added advantage.
