Human Resource Manager

We’re seeking a strategic, people-focused, and results-driven HR professional to lead our people agenda and strengthen performance across our growing retail network.
Your role will include:
- Developing HR strategies that support our business goals.
- Leading talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Driving performance management, learning, and staff development.
- Overseeing payroll, HR administration, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws.
- Building a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce across our branches.
