Crestview Partners is a project management consultancy that oversees large-scale programmes in the health, education, and governance sectors for government agencies and international development organisations. Founded in 2010, Crestview has managed programmes funded by USAID, DFID, the World Bank, and the European Union with a combined portfolio exceeding USD 200 million. The firm employs fifty project management professionals, most of whom hold PMP or PRINCE2 certifications. What you will do:
You will plan, execute, and close projects according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Daily tasks include developing project plans, assigning tasks to team members, tracking progress against milestones, and managing risks and issues. The role involves preparing status reports, facilitating project meetings, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels including clients, sponsors, and team members. You will also manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure that financial reports are accurate and up to date. Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK is important, and a PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 21 years or above
